Our experience with The Warm Hearth in purchasing & installing a Regency San Francisco Bay 3-sided, direct vent fireplace has not been great. We purchased our fireplace in March of 2023. They installed it in our remodel project in June of 2023. We moved into our home in October of 2023 and immediately started to run it to "burn off" all of that plasticy stuff - get rid of the smell. We contacted them in November because the burning plastic smell persisted, and they said to keep running it. We reached out again after the start of the year because it hadn't gotten better. After several months of emailing and back and forth, their installer finally came over and tried to resolve the issue. We had one visit where he did switch out the vent at the side of the house which greatly helped. But it still hasn't resolved the issue. We have been trying and trying and trying to get a resolution to the issue thru not only them, but Regency, to no avail. When they do respond to emails/phone calls, which is not often, it's vague and unhelpful. I've had similar issues with getting Regency to help. So we are stuck with an extremely expensive fireplace that we cannot run. I would not recommend doing business with The Warm Hearth, nor would I recommend purchasing a Regency fireplace.

This is a great shop! They helped me find a great high-efficiency wood burning fireplace. The heat from it is spectacular! I highly recommend shopping here!

What a great store with so many options. From BBQs, bbq accessories, fireplaces and fire pits. I recently purchased some bbq seasoning for my weekend family bbq and loved it. I worked with CJ and he was very helpful and efficient. They have so many options. Definitely a repeat customer.
